Who We Are
LTC Construction started back in 2009 as a small family-run business, built on a simple mission: deliver top-quality work to our neighbors. In those early days, we were just a handful of people, taking on residential and small commercial projects, always making sure we paid attention to every detail and finished on time. It wasn’t long before word spread, and we began to grow.
As more people came to trust us, we expanded into larger projects, including restoration work, roofing, remodels, and even emergency response for water and fire damage. What’s always stayed the same, though, is our commitment to quality and the personal touch we bring to every job.
Today, we’re proud to be known as a leader in the insurance and restoration industry. We’ve come a long way from our humble beginnings, but at our core, we’re still that family business, focused on craftsmanship, reliability, and making sure every client feels taken care of—no matter how big or small the project.
